If you have trouble checking-in for class through Genesis, try:

  • Using Chrome Incognito Mode
  • Using Safari
  • Using Another device
  • Clearing your Chrome browsing data

  1. In Chrome, click on the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner --> More Tools --> Clear Browsing Data...



  2. A window will appear like the one below - make these settings (in the red boxes), then click the "Clear data" button.
