• The first time you scan to Google Drive, you will need to give the copier system (uniFLOW) permission to your Google account. We cannot do this for you.  
    • You only do this ONE time.
    • Directions on how to do this are attached.
    • The first time you scan to your Google Drive we suggest bringing your laptop with you to the copier .
  • Anything confidential or with personally identifiable information of students (IEP or 504 info, etc...) should ONLY be scanned to your network drive, NOT Google Drive.



First-Time Scan to Google Drive Setup Directions



1) Sign in to the printer with your ID Number / Badge, then select Scan



2) Select Scan to Google Drive





3) After selecting Scan to Google Drive, a screen prompting to send you an email will appear. When this appears hit the Next arrow





4) The email will be from uniFLOW, click the link provided in the email and it will ask you to sign in to your Google Account. It will also ask for permission to your account. Allow this action.





5) After allowing this action you will be brought to the uniFLOW website. Please select the Username and Password button.




6) Sign in with your school credentials (same credentials that you use to sign in to your laptop.)

Great success!  After logging in, you are set up and ready to scan into any folder you would like in your Google Drive.
