PASCO Capstone does not load fully.  It is trying to check and install updates at startup so we want to disable this.

  1. Temporarily turn off WiFi
  2. From the PASCO Capstone menu, select the Preferences... option.  
  3. From the General Application menu, uncheck the "Automatically check for updates" option.  
  4. Click OK.  
  5. Quit the application and open it again.  It should load normally now.  
  6. Turn Wifi on again
