If you can't read IEPs in Genesis, look to see if you have the Acrobat extension enabled in Chrome. 


  • Click the three dot menu in the upper right-hand corner of Chrome then navigate to / Extensions / Manage Extensions 


 



  • Turn it off and see if that resolves the issue.
