- If you've never used LDB in the classroom, it is suggested to give a practice quiz before giving a quiz that counts.
- Insist that students fully restart their laptops before taking a Quiz with LDB. Really. Students should restart their laptops because many of them have not restarted for weeks or months. These are the students who are inevitably sent down to tech when their laptop freezes during an exam and much of their work has to be redone. Please. Restart. The. Laptops.
- LDB is already installed on district laptops. No need to go to Self Service.
- If you have ANY emojis in ANY Quiz names, LDB will not load. Emojis are non-supported characters that must be removed in order for LDB to work. See below for more information about this.

If you get the 'Stop-Sign' error, it it likely because there is an unsupported character in the course title, or a Quiz title.
