A common issue is similar to the following
I have just administered a quiz using the lockdown browser on Canvas, and all the students submitted, but when I go to grade the assignment, there is only a test student and no submissions to grade or download.
This is because the settings in the Canvas gradebook are set to view one particular section and not the section you are looking to grade.
To resolve this, go into the Canvas gradebook and on the top-right dropdown change the View setting to the section you would like to see grades for, or "all sections".
When you return to Speedgrader, the submissions should be available for you.
