The first time you scan to Google Drive, you will need to give the copier system (uniFLOW) permission to write to your Google account. This is so it can save files to your Google Drive via the scanner.

We cannot do this for you but, you only do this ONE time.

The first time you need to scan to your Google Drive we suggest bringing your laptop with you to the copier.  You'll soon understand why.

1) Sign in to the copier as usual and select Scan

2) Select Scan to Google Drive

3) Check your email inbox for the instructions to authorize uniFLOW to save scanned files to your Google Drive. (Aren't you glad you brought your laptop along?)

4) Click the link in the email that verifies you want to allow access.

5) Click the "Continue with pvrhsd" button to continue.

6) Authorize access by clicking the Authorize button.

7) If you trust uniFLOW (you can trust them) click Allow.

8) You're done!  Close this last notification and any other uniFlow pages that might be open.  You can go back to the copier and save the scanned documents to your Google Drive.  You will not have to go through the above process again.
