Parents / Observers wishing to change their Canvas password must request this through our ticket system.
To open a ticket, simply send an email to PHsupport@pascack.org or PVsupport@pascack.org
Include the email address associated with your parent account in Genesis. We will verify the information in Genesis before sending a new, temporary password for Canvas.
Please note: The "Forgot Password?" link on the Canvas login page will not work which is why a support ticket needs to be opened for a new Canvas password.
